SOLUTION
Architecture of Solar Tracker Controller System
The NCU communicates with the TCU wirelessly to obtain the real-time operating parameters of all TCUs. The TCU can be controlled individually or in groups, and the acquired weather sensor data can be sent to each TCU. At the same time, the NCU can upload TCU operating data, meteorological parameters and other data to the back-end SCADA system through fixed or wireless methods, and accept control instructions from the back-end SCADA system.
Solar Tracker Controller Algorithm
In the automatic tracking mode, the system automatically issues tracking instructions based on the current position of the sun, controls the operation of the motor actuator, and enables photovoltaic modules to track the sun in real time to increase power generation. At the same time, according to different environments, the system can adjust the tracking angle of the tracking bracket to ensure the stable operation of the system.
Software Product Architecture
SCADA is the backend operation and maintenance management system of the PV solar sites, helping users conduct all-round real-time monitoring and operation and maintenance management of the PV solar sites.
