Skymon successfully listed on NASDAQ in the United States!

On March 4, 2025, U.S. time, Skymon Solar Group (hereinafter referred to as: Skymon) was officially listed on the Nasdaq in the United States.

It is understood that Skymon's issue price is US$4, 2 million shares are issued, and the total amount of funds raised is US$8 million.

On the first day of listing, Skymon's opening share price was $3.69, up 7.75% from the issue price. The intraday share price once rose to $4.45, up 11.25% from the issue price. As of the close of the day, Skymon's share price was $4.03, with a total market value of $109 million.

Founded in 2011, Skymon Solar Group has always focused on the research, development and manufacturing of solar photovoltaic cables and connectors. With its 47 core patents, EU TÜV photovoltaic cable certification and other hard-core strengths, it has become one of the first domestic wire harness companies to enter the international high-end market.
